What's in Vape Bureau e liquids?

We have carefully developed our e liquid recipes to offer something truly unique to the vaping community.

Our e liquids contain only high quality food grade ingredients:

  • Vegetable Glycerine - USP & BP (United States & British Pharmacopeia) grade sourced
  • Propylene Glycol - USP & EP (United States & European Pharmacopeia) grade sourced
  • United States & European flavouring & colouring – natural and artificial
  • Our e liquids do not contain nicotine.

Wherever possible we use flavour concentrates from companies who have undertaken laboratory testing and certified that their products do not contain small trace elements of Diacetyl, Acetoin or Acetyl Propionyl.

May contain traces of nuts. Avoid contact with with skin, eyes and clothing.

Who can use e liquids & related products?

If you are allergic to vegetable glycerine, propylene glycol or any combination of inhalants, or if you have a heart condition, diabetes, high blood pressure or asthma, consult your physician before using any e liquid products. If you have any other medical issues, please consult your physician before using any e liquid product.

Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if irritation occurs or if you experience symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhoea, weakness and rapid heartbeat.
Ingestion of non-vapourised concentrated ingredients can be poisonous.

Do Vape Bureau e liquids contain nicotine?

No! All of our e liquids contain zero nicotine. It is illegal to sell e liquids that contain nicotine in Australia.

Do I need to steep my e liquids?

All e liquids created by Vape Bureau are Ready To Vape as soon as your order arrives.

We’ve carried out extensive product testing to establish the optimum steeping time for each of our e liquid recipes.

This allows all of the subtle flavours to blend and mature perfectly.

Do I need to mix my e liquids?

Vape Bureau e liquids do not need to be re-mixed.

To get the most out of each flavour, always shake well before use.

How should I store my e liquids?

Vape juice is like a good red wine. It likes to be stored at a constant european room temperature of 21°C ±3°C with low humidity.

Should always be stored in a cool, dry, dark place that is OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN & PETS.

Vape Bureau e liquids and juices are best stored in a sealed container and should not be exposed to excessive heat or prolonged sunlight.

For best results your e liquids should be stored under controlled conditions.

Why has my juice changed colour?

The colour of your e liquids may darken over time. Change is colour most likely relates to how the e liquids have been stored.

Three may be minor variation in colour between e liquid flavour batches due to slight colour variation in ingredients from our flavour concentrate suppliers.

HARDWARE & EQUIPMENT 

How do I safely use my vaping device?

  • Cease use of any equipment immediately if there are any slight indications of malfunction.
  • Always turn off your vaping device in between use.
  • Do not modify or attempt to disassemble your vaping device. Do not attempt to fix, correct, replace or install any part of your vaping device. If your device isn’t working, refer to product warranty.
  • Do not use your vaping device with non-approved batteries, battery chargers or cables. Overuse or misuse of your vaping device may cause your device to overheat, malfunction or even explode which may result in burns or other physical injuries.
  • Regulated and non-regulated mechanical mods including hybrid connection mods are advanced user items. Please understand all safety procedures before using.
  • Always, always read and adhere to product manufacturer’s recommendations for use.

How do I safely use batteries & chargers for my vaping device?

  • Cease use of any equipment immediately if there are any slight indications of malfunction.
  • Never swap or mismatch batteries, tanks, coils, atomisers and charging devices including charging cables. Always check and adhere to manufacture’s recommendations.
  • Do not use batteries with non-approved vaping devices or charge batteries with non-approved chargers as this may cause your battery and vaping device to overheat, malfunction or even explode which may result in burns or other physical injuries.
  • NEVER use any rechargeable battery or battery charger if there is any visible damage present. Also do not use the battery or charger if it has been stressed through mishandling, accidental or otherwise, even if damage may not be visible.
  • Never leave your batteries unattended while charging, and do not charge batteries in your vehicle.
  • When charging your batteries, always make sure that your charger is placed on a fire-proof surface.
  • Always remove your batteries from the charger when they are done charging. Over charging and over discharging batteries can result in thermal runaway.
  • Never discharge a battery past its specified cut-off voltage, which is typically 3.0 volts. Always check and adhere to discharge rates provided by the vaping device’s manufacturer.
  • Never store batteries loosely in your pocket, bag or purse. Always store and carry rechargeable batteries in a safe, non-conductive container (battery case) in a controlled environment.
  • Never allow foreign metallic items come in contact with the positive and negative electrodes of any battery.
  • All Li-ion batteries may vent or explode if misused. Use special caution when working with Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable batteries, as they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled.
  • Take care when you dispose of all unwanted batteries and chargers. Think of the environment and recycle wherever possible in accordance with relevant laws in your State or Territory.
  • Always, always read and adhere to product manufacturer’s recommendations for use.

How do I safely use replacement coils & atomisers?

  • Cease use of any equipment immediately if there are any slight indications of malfunction.
  • It is NOT RECOMMENDED to build/wrap a coil lower than 0.3Ω in resistance.
  • Always make sure replacement coils and atomisers are compatible with your vaping device. If unsure, do not use.
  • Many replacement coils are designed specifically for sub-ohm vaping and require more vaping experience to use safely. Sub-ohm vaping produces a bigger throat hit than standard coils. Extra care should always be taken when using a sub-ohm tank and mod.
  • Many replacement coils will only work on a mod capable of firing sub-ohm atomisers. Please ensure that your batteries can handle the extra power requirements and that your mod can handle the amps.
  • Always, always read and adhere to product manufacturer’s recommendations for use.

RETURNS POLICY

Can I return e liquids that I've purchased?

Taste is very subjective and as the experience of a flavour will vary greatly from person to person, and we cannot guarantee that every one will enjoy the same flavours.

In accordance with Australian health laws we are not able to offer returns, refunds or store credit for e liquids as returned e liquids cannot be re-used or re-sold in any manner.

By placing an order with Vape Bureau you have agreed to the above Returns Policy.

How do I return faulty products? 

Returns for faulty e liquids will be considered on a case by case basis.

Please email us via the Contact page BEFORE sending a faulty item back to us, explaining your concerns, preferably including photos.

We may ask for you to return the item in question (in its original packaging) to us for assessment, and will advise you of the outcome of your query.

Return postage for faulty items is the responsibility of the customer unless advised by us otherwise. Should a replacement be deemed appropriate, we will cover the costs to post a replacement item to you. If we find no fault with the item or find signs of deliberate damage or misuse, costs associated with return postage will be at the customer’s expense.
