How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders are shipped within one business day of being placed, with most orders shipped on the same day.
During peak times when we receive a higher volume of orders, such as when we have a sale, most orders will be shipped the same or next business day.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped with Australia Post via either STANDARD or EXPRESS Post.
To make sure you receive your order quickly, we recommend selecting the EXPRESS POST option at checkout.
Orders with Vegetable Glycerin (VG) and/or Propylene Glycol (PG) will be sent via STANDARD SHIPPING only. If Express Shipping is selected at checkout, orders will be shipped via Standard Post and we'll refund the difference in cost.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Very shortly after we pack your order you'll receive an automated email from us which includes your order tracking number.

How long until my order arrives?
Australia Post shipping times are:

EXPRESS POST - approx 1-3 business days
Australia Post shipping times depend on your location and orders shipped to regional areas outside the Australia Post Express Networkmay take longer to arrive. Shipping times may be a bit longer during peak periods as the postie can only pedal so fast!

Sometimes there are unexpected delays. If 3 business days has passed for Express Post orders or 7 days for Standard Post orders, please contact us and we'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
What happens if my order is lost, damaged or stolen?
Please understand that any postal service issues are completely beyond our control. Once a parcel has been shipped, Vape Bureau is no longer responsible for parcels that may go missing, be stolen or damaged in transit. However, wherever possible we will endeavour to help to resolve any shipping related issues.
We package all orders as well as we can to minimise any damage which may be caused by rough handling during transit, however Vape Bureau is in no way obliged to replace an order that is lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order we will always do our best to help out and find a solution to any problem.
What if I need to change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
We all lead busy lives and sometimes it's more convenient to have orders sent to a different address. If you want to change your delivery address and haven't received your confirmation email with a tracking number from the Bureau, please contact us asap and we can change the shipping label.
If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to change the shipping label. Once your order is physically lodged with Australia Post, you can change your delivery address via the Australia Post website.
What happens if my order cannot be delivered & needs to be resent?
Australia Post may return an order to the Bureau if it's deemed UNDELIVERABLE or simply not collected from your local post office.
We will contact you to confirm your correct shipping address and may need to charge an additional fee to re-ship your order if an incorrect delivery address was entered at checkout.
To avoid frustrating situations like this, please ensure that your shipping details are correct and that you collect your parcel in a timely manner.
Can I pick up my order?
We are not able to offer order pick up as Vape Bureau does not have a physical bricks and mortar store at this time.

Does Vape Bureau ship to customers in South Australia?
From 1 October 2019 new laws kick in where South Australian vapers can no longer purchase vaping products online
This laws includes online purchasing of all e juice flavours / e-liquids, VG, PG, all e cigarette and vaping devices, consumables such as tanks, coils, replacement glass tubes, drip tips and all batteries specifically designed for vaping devices. To comply with the new SA vaping legislation, Vape Bureau will need to refund any online orders of these products from our South Australian customers.
The good news is that South Australian vapers can still legally place online orders for most of our DIY Supplies range, including our ever popular chubby gorilla style bottles, mixing gear such as blunt tip & dispensing needles, tapered nozzles, blank labels, mixing syringes, measuring cylinders, thermometers, as well as vape tools, 18650 batteries, battery chargers and battery cases.
Does Vape Bureau ship to customers outside Australia?
At this stage we only ship to customers within Australia. We are working towards shipping to New Zealand very soon and wider international shipping in the not too distant future.
